「Kitchen not well equipped for cooking, just warming up or cooking eggs, very few utensils and no oven. Cleaning staff friendly but not English speaking. Although Expedia stated that a hair drier available on request, we requested one and were told by the reception person that it was not available! Really disappointing, but parking very easy and location ok to walk to oldtown/ center town, although not always through sidewalks, watch the traffic and walk fast. 」

「The resort was beautiful and clean. There were multiple pools that never felt too busy and felt very safe with little ones. The apartment was perfect for a family of 6 and was very well equipped. The food on site was on the expensive side, but very very good quality and taste. We would visit again!」

「Great place for a family - beach within a short walking distance, several pools and a playground to keep kids entertained. Staff are lovely, we had a great stay, our second time there. Took a couple of days and a few requests to get a highchair though and never received coffee pods for the machine despite asking a few times. 「This is a beautiful, well equipped hotel that lets itself down due to corporate greed, amateur level service and lack of attention to detail. The hotel itself, the ground, the pools and the setting behind Falésia Beach are stunning. The place was immaculate, the heated pools were glorious, the rooms were large and comfortable and we slept well. 「Peaceful location close to the marina and beach. The staff were friendly & professional. Our room was spacious, had a wonderful view with large relaxing balcony, comfortable bed & pillows and good storage space (Room 359). There was plenty of choice at breakfast. We ate at the pool bar a few times, our favourites were the club sandwich & the pulled pork tacos. Would definitely return to stay at this hotel.」
