「Charged a deposit for my dog when its pet friendly and then when I checked out Chris stated the money was put back into my card 5 days later nothing yet I call and the person that answers says the room was not left as is!!!! "AS IS " literally did everything but wash the damn linens the time ive stayed with Red Roof ive never have been asked for a deposit for my pet!!!」

「Really did not like front desk assistance. I had reserved a non smoking room. When we opened door it smelled like cigarettes. Also, smelled musty. Air was not on when we came in. Old shop pieces from previous client. No trash cans to place trash in. Not sure what kind of breakfast was served. No juice or coffee machine that was working. When we got to the hotel, there were some minor cleanliness issues that I chose to ignore because it was a late night when we checked in and we were tired from driving. First there was a hair on a towel, the Kleenex box looked like it was dipped in water, and there was a rusted hole in the bath tub. 「Man was it a challenge to make a u-turn during evening traffic to reach the property while traveling south. And the entry was flooded from recent rain. Hope this is improved at some point. I was in a truck and hesitated to drive thru the huge waterpool. Glad I was not in a small car. Good, hot breakfast, clean room, good parking.」

I would have loved it if the eggs were already peeled. No crowd in the breakfast room. Great parking, clean room. Road construction makes it difficult to enter property during rush hour.」
