「The food is so fresh and really delicious, outstanding breakfasts !! Such a nice staff in the property, very helpful and very carrying people.. just always there really no matter what time it is. Villas clean and are cleaned literally everyday with such precision bedsheets changed everyday, towel , wardrobes and pool is heated ! Which is great..! The only minus for me is manager, she never even said bye while I was giving back my keys, no interest in anything during stay and also at check out....

「Beautiful secluded location. Very quiet. Loved the room, service and private pool」

「It's an excellent stay in Bali, love the hotel, it's very exclusive and the view of the swimming pool is so nice! Staffs are very nice and helpful! We enjoyed our stay a lot! You have to go there for at least 1 night if you are going to Bali!」

「Clean room, spacious, good staff」

「Great ambiance, we stayed over a local Balinese compound with amazing views of rice paddies, the green mountain, and the blue sky. The location is not in the centre, but a perfect way to unwind and relax from daily busy. The food and service are also amazing.」

「We tried not to nitpick as hotel is new. But by the end of our 4 nights stay, we were really disappointed. This is not an establishment living up to Accor standard. Just some of the things that did not go down well: 1) We found hair twice - once on a plate at the breakfast buffet & once at the bottom of an acai bowl we ordered from the restaurant. 2) Room was not cleaned properly - stains leftover from previous lodger in room and toilet. Tissue box was empty by our second day, but not...
