「Great stay! Paid for ocean front because love to hear the ocean waves at night. on the ninth floor and music from the restaurant on the ground floor was so loud we couldn't enjoy being on the oceanfront. Talked to front desk about and they were indifferent snd said they knew it was a problem. Very disappointing response! Other than that our experience was very good.Don't pay the extra for oceanfront!」

「We rented the room just for 12 hours due to a flight change. We had never stayed at the Royal but here are my take aways: Very clean. Room and entire property was kept clean, well maintained and fairly modern. Pools are small but efficient. We stayed a week in Wailea (more expensive) and was a little disappointed in the food on property at the Royal.
