「It was really nice」

「Overall the place was very nice. Only complaint we had was the sheets on the bed seamed to hold heat and was very hot even with the air turned way down in the room.」

「Expedia gave me a different rate from what they charged my credit card. Expedia told me to pay $267 and they charge my credit card $317. When I call to inquire about the difference the gentleman at the phone just told me that it was expedia problem and not theirs.」

「I was initially checked into a room which was not cleaned, with dead insects and food on the floor. Staff were helpful and moved us into another room, which while much cleaner, we soon found out the property had no TV service or hot water.」

「Our stay at The Opal and West House was amazing! We stayed for a friend’s wedding and found traveling around the city extremely easy and quick while staying here. There was unfortunately an issue with our AC during the first day of our stay, but Lynsie was so accommodating ensuring us a perfect stay! We can’t wait to come back!」

It took several hours for the room to cool off enough to be able to go to sleep. The self made waffles were the highlight of the free breakfast. The home fries had little flavor.
