ไม่มีระบบการคัดกรองกับผู้เข้าพัก ไม่มีการวัดอุณภูมิ ไม่มีแอลกอฮอลเจล ไม่มีการฆ่าเชื้อ ห้องพักฝุ่นเยอะมากจนนอนไม่ได้ น้ำไหลออกมาเป็นตะกอนสีดำ โรงแรมทำการจองหาย ต้องเสียเวลาในการติดต่อ แล้วบอกว่าลูกค้าจองมาผิด การเช็คอินใช้เวลานอน โถงทางเดินไม่เปิดแอร์ อึกอัดจนหายใจไม่ออก ฝุ่นในโถงทางเดินเยอะมากเพราะเป็นพื้นพรม ที่จอดรถไม่เพียงพอ ระบบคีย์การ์ดของประตูห้องพักเสีย เปลี้ยนคีย์การ์ด 2 รอบ ก็ยังไม่สามารถเข้าห้องได้ ต้องให้ลูกค้าโทรไปสอบถามเองตลอดว่าเข้าห้องได้หรือยัง กว่าจะได้เข้าห้องก็เกือบ 21.00 น.

Good stay but it could have been great
Great view from the room, good style, excellent decor. The bedroom air condition had problems that maintenance fixed, so the room was cool but the air conditioning became noisy which made sleeping a problem. The shower door also was coming off the hinges. The hotel was told but didn't fix it during our stay. Perhaps covid 19 had something to do with it

No come back there again
We were checked in last Saturday for 4 rooms with type 2 bedroom suites. Finally some of my family couldn’t been there from Covid-19 but we haven’t cancel the room yet. During stay everything was okay. Once checkout one of the reception asked us to pay for towel 300.- that was lost in one of our room. How do I know how many you place in our room? Once checkin no one else take us to the room. Don’t help us for belonging. Just gave us for the keycard

It is a beautiful hotel that is not fully functioning yet. I had the impression they are still opening--lots of construction still happening in the corridors. There are beautiful finishings and fixtures--really stunning design--and wonderful pool. I loved the bathrobes, the in-room kitchen, and bathtub in the room was great. I loved the huge onsen/hot tub, but it was only warm on 2 of my 5 nights. Wonderful breakfast buffet, and the restaurant staff were very kind and helpful. Once when they were out of papaya at the buffet, one of the servers brought me a plate especially for me as he knew I liked papaya. The hotel is in a strange location, which was fine for me,, but maybe some others would like to be closer to town. Overall it was a great, relaxing stay.

Meeting folks off cruise so perfect location for that - an up n coming town for sure. Super Italian restaurant in town. Love the kitchen plus washer/dryer.

Definitely not a 5-star hotel
The layout makes the room small despite it is over 50 sq.m. There is no robe and slippers in the room considered that it is a 5-star hotel. We stayed for 1 night and the electricity went down around midnight for a few seconds. After that the air-con was not cold anymore, we tried to adjust the temperature down but it didn't work. At the end, we called the maintenance guy at 3 A.M., the service was quick though he fixed it in 30 minutes. The breakfast is served until 10 A.M. we went there at 9.30 A.M to find that 70% of the food was finished and there was no refill. There was no waiter to help you with seating or anything. Definitely not a 5-star hotel service and won't go back again.

นั่งรอเช็คอินชั่วโมงกว่า โดยพนง.ไม่มีคำตอบให้ว่า ช้าเพราะอะไร บอกแค่ว่ารอห้องตามคิว กี่โมงไม่ทราบค่ะ จอง king bed ไป แต่กลับบอกว่าไม่มีแล้วมีแต่เตียงคู่ ไม่เข้าใจว่าตอนจองมีให้เลือกเตียงทำไมล่ะคะ บอกว่าระบุไม่ได้ยังจะดีกว่า กว่าจะได้เข้าห้องพักเกือบสี่โมงเย็น นั่งรอตรงล็อบบี้ซึ่งไม่รู้ว่าแอร์ปรับให้เย็นกว่านี้ไม่ได้แล้วหรอ ร้อนจนต้องนั่งพัด ส่วนห้องพัก บรรยากาศ อื่นๆ ดีค่ะ น่าไปพักต่อถ้ามีการจัดการอะไรให้ดีกว่านี้

เรื่องการบริการและการดูแลบำรุงรักษา facilities แย่มาก เลู่วิ่งในฟิตเนสมี 3 เครื่องเสียใช้ไม่ได้ทั้ง 3 เครื่อง น้ำจากก็อกอ่างอาบน้ำมีสีเหลืองมาก จนไม่กล้าใช้ก็อกอ่างอาบน้ำ ใช้ได้แค่ฝักบัว พนักงาน front lobby ไม่ค่อยใส่ใจในบริการ ไม่ค่อยมี service mind พนักงาน house keeping เตรียมห้องขากตดบกพร่อง ของไม่ครบ ไม่มี sleeper เตรียมให้ sleeper ที่ให้มาภายหลัง สภาพแย่มาก มีการขาดจากการใช้งาน ภาพรวมถือว่าแย่กว่ามาตราฐานมาก

โดยรวมถือว่าโอเค
โดยรวมถือว่าดี โรงแรมสวยวิวดี มีฟิตเนส สระว่ายน้ำซาวน่าครบ แต่วันที่ไปพักเป็นวันหยุด long weekend เลยทำให้คนเยอะมากๆ การบริการไม่ได้เต็มที่ และขอติเรื่อง ฝักบัวในห้องน้ำ น้ำค่อนข้างเบา และตัวล็อคฝักบัวล็อคไม่ได้ รวมไปถึงวันที่ check out น้ำเย็นไม่ไหล ในส่วนของ Breakfast ตอนเช้า ในตัวผมค่อนข้างคาดหวังไว้มากว่าอาหารน่าจะดี แต่ไปใช้บริการแล้วไม่ประทับใจเลยในส่วนของอาหารค่อนข้างมีน้อยมากและอาหารไม่หลากหลาย ผมไปพักโรงแรม 4 ดาวหลายที่ อาหารค่อนข้างหลากหลายและเยอะกว่านี้ แต่ถ้าถามว่าจะกลับไปพักใหม่ไหม ต้องขอคิดดูก่อนครับ

最悪でした。
写真と違い部屋も質素でシャワー室の排水口がつまり過ぎていてシャワー時に水が溜まり困りました。また家族3人で泊まったにもかかわらずタオルは2枚までと言われ歯ブラシも頂けませんでした。 朝食時は人が多すぎて、食べ物も飲み物もほぼなく、朝食付きでしたが食べずにチェックアウトしました。 プールサイドの排水口に大きいゴキブリも何匹か居たり、最悪なホテルでした。またチェックイン時にニューイヤーの花火があがるのか確認したところ、わからないという返事しかなく二度と泊まることはないと思いますしお勧めしません。主人の仕事先だったので写真で良さそうなこちらのホテルを選択しましたが、今まで泊まってきた高級ホテルと比べるとこんな程度なのか、という感想しかありません。日本の同じお値段のホテルとは比べない方がいいです。綺麗好きな方には絶対おすすめできません。

เราเข้าพักที่ชั้น 34 จองห้องแบบ One Bedroom Suite Ocean View (จองมาแบบนี้ไม่ใช่ upgrade ให้เรานะคะ) ซึ่งคาดว่าเป็นห้องที่ยังไม่เรียบร้อยแต่เปิดให้บริการก่อน สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกไม่เหมือนในภาพโฆษณาเลย ตู้เย็นเป็นแบบ minibar จิ๋ว ที่ใส่น้ำได้เพียง 2 ขวดเล็กก็เต็มแล้ว ไม่มีไมโครเวฟหรือจานอาหารสักใบ เครื่องซักผ้ายังไม่มี มีแต่ช่องเพื่อไว้ใส่ ห้องน้ำไม่มีสายฉีดชำระ และกระดาษชำระไม่ได้มีไว้สำรองให้ (มีเหลือติดม้วนไว้จากห้องก่อนแค่พอใช้ครั้งเดียว เราเข้าใจว่าห้องล่างๆที่พร้อมเปิดน่าจะดี แต่ห้องชั้นบนฟแบบห้องเราน่าจะต้องทำให้เรียบร้อยก่อน เพราะคนที่จองมาเสียความรู้สึกมาก

โรงแรมหาง่าย ตั้งเด่นเป็นสง่าติดถนนสุขุมวิท แต่ห่างจากตัวเมืองศรีราชานิดนึง เหมาะกับผู้ที่มีรถ ห้องพักมองเห็นวิวทะเลในมุมกว้าง สระว่ายน้ำสวย ดีไซน์แปลกแต่มองเห็นทะเล ท้องฟ้า เหมาะกับการถ่ายรูป เตียงนอน หมอนนุ่มมาก หลับสบาย แต่ที่จอดรถอยู่นอกอาคาร ถ้ามีฝนก็เดินลำบากพอสมควร
