Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean, new, and surprisingly spacious. The bed was super comfortable, and the soundproofing was great, so it was nice and quiet. The location is about a 10-minute walk from the MRT, but it was totally fine. Would definitely stay here again!

The optional breakfast was nice. It was also great to be able to walk about 10 minutes to the Banqiao subway station, which also had access to the Taiwan normal and high-speed rail train lines. The room was great, and the staff friendly.

This is an upscale hotel that felt brand new. The rooms were a good size, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms clean and modern (almost too modern, the auto open/close/flush toilets scared our kids :).

It was my first time traveling alone to Taiwan. The hotel was very clean from the reception on the first floor, and when I entered the room it was also beautiful and wonderful. I'm grateful to the receptionist, masseuse, and spa receptionist for all their kindness and generosity. This is a hotel I would like to stay at again. Thank you for three truly happy days.

Underrated modern hotel

A relative new hotel located near the Banqiao station. Overall the hotel is still very new and clean. The cons I can think of are beds being a little short, shower area lacking privacy and room not particularly large. The breakfast buffet is good for the price. Overall a good experience that I would recommend others.

10 minutes walk from the Xinpu Station. Big clean room. The staff are helpful. Convenience stores and breakfast shops are nearby. But be aware that the hotel now no longer provides the cleaning stuff (toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers etc) or you will need to pay NT$100 for buying it. Please prepare by yourselves as well as protecting the environment.

Good clean hotel with friendly staff, spacious room with a good view. We extended our stay for an extra 3 nights & although we had to change rooms, staff organised that we could move to the new room 1st thing in the morning without any fuss or having to leave our bags at reception before we headed out for the day. Location was ok with major subway stations within 5 mins walk, however Ubers were cheap & quick to get to areas such as Xiemen. Only downside was that the breakfast buffet was a little strange with some weird options that changed daily but overall ok. Would certainly recommend.

A very comfortable stay

I loved my 10-day stay at this hotel. The staff and the cleaning service were excellent. Even though there were typhoon holidays during my stay, the cleaning service remained continuous at a professional level. The location is good, with a 10-minute walk to Xinpu MRT station. Also, there are SPA/massage services at 17F, and the restaurants at the 2F were great. The only thing that can be considered to change is the toilet paper, which is too thin to use. I struggled to have small pieces of toilet paper on my skin when they got wet. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay, and I will definitely come back.
