「Reception staff failed me totally. They pretended to say problem with the rear exit door making a BANGING NOISE when closing. My room 9016 was next to said door/ gate. Constantly BANGING from early morning until late evening. I asked on FOUR occasions for someone to fix the door but nothing happened. Reception staff displayed a total lack of communication with me and failed in their duties to a guest. After my eleven day stay I had no apologies, no offer of a replacement room or any kind of...
