"Read the other reviews and you will see this hotel will try and overcharge you. They never picked up the phone whenever I called them and never responded to any of the messages. Apparently they changed ownership and the previous owners had really low prices which the new owners would not honour. Even when hotels.com called them to dispute the higher prices they wanted to charge me the hotel never picked up the calls. "Christian went out of his way to ensure a pleasant stay. I stayed in multiple rooms, and overall, I was very happy there. Karla, Victor and Nicholas were all friendly and helpful and I am grateful. The view from the breakfast room is stunning. The rooms with kitchenettes are especially convenient."

"Overall, you get what you pay for - not too many amenities bit staff are friendly and place is vlean enough. We went in the winter (July) so quite cold at night (no heat, lots of blanket). Area can be quite loud at night too."
