「The staff was very attentive to our needs. My wife received oxygen as soon as she arrive due to the altitude sickness. Providing a schedule for spa time outside of the office hours was handled well by the concierge. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel to family and friends!」

There is staff standby in the front desk 24hrs, so even if we arrived the hotel late in midnight, still able to have help from the staff. The breakfast lady is very nice too. But the location is not in city centre, we have to travel through uber each time for about 15mins, but it is easy to call uber so doesnt really bothered. 「We were arranged to room near traffic road. It was a bit noisy. We struggled between natural ventilation (since no air conditioning in hotel) and noise isolation. Opening window, too noisy. Close window, stagnant air.」

「We had a great stay at this place. We booked a family room with this hotel, and the room is very spacious and clean. The breakfast had plenty varieties for us to choose and was very nice. We also enjoyed the dinner in their own restaurant. The food was delicious. The staff there was very welcoming and friendly. Even their dog was cute! Definitely recommend 」
