「Quite a nice, quiet, cozy hotel.」

「Updated rooms with very quiet Air Conditioner. Beds were nice and pretty comfortable. Loved that they supply 2 toothbrushes and toothpaste along with a comb and hair cap, soaps and shampoos & conditioner. Nice touch! Conditioner did not condition my hair at all even after using both bottles.」

「What can I say? We booked the wrong date and neither the hotel nor Expedia would give us a refund or change the booking. Our loss. Somebody else's gain, I guess. :( Actually, I don't know if Expedia would have given us a refund, because I called them and was on hold for one hour and gave up. I think that's their strategy. Just wear the caller down until he gives up.」

「Nice staff. Had good water pressure in our room for showers, and all the basic amenities. The wifi was spotty, but I guess that's probably normal for north Parry Sound.」

「We enjoyed our stay at Jolly Roger! They advertise as a 3 star motel and I think that is accurate. We booked for the amenities and a one-stop shop including restaurant on-site and were not let down. The bar staff were busy and still provided friendly, quick service. Our bed was comfortable and the restaurant had great food. We’d stay again if passing through the area!」

「The only Mandatory fees （65$ a night) not mention and when I ask any chargeable activities. They said only a leaflet will show. Suggest must mention to guests when check-in. To avoid any arguments. 」

「The cottage we got was not the one shown in the pictures. The main door had a broken glass, replaced with plywood. The kitchen had pots and pans, but nothing to cook on (only a microwave). Also, knobs on drawers kept falling off which made accessing kitchen utensils and dishes difficult. The bed was comfy, but the only other place to sit was a small outdoor bistro table set with 2 chairs. Not comfortable. The shower has a leak (a constant drip) and the bathroom faucet needs a good scrub. The...
