"One of the reasons I booked this hotel was that it stated in the description that the suite contained a washer and dryer. It doesn’t. The laundry room is downstairs and it costs US$12 to wash and dry a load. The suite itself was huge with a very comfortable bed in a separate bedroom. The breakfast buffet was excellent and set up around the small pool. The area around the hotel wasn’t that nice, but a short walk took you to a large park and there were many restaurants near by. Great for a couple of nights stay."

"There was no water available in the ice cost 1500 and I gave the guy 2000 and he gave me a small square of ice the hot tub wasn’t filled, and it was empty But otherwise, it was clean and nice, and the breakfast was ample. The location is great and Central too many places like cima hospital the traffic is horrible no matter how you look at it before you end up in downtown San Jose "
