「Very friendly and courteous staff with excellently maintained rooms. Very comfortable bed and thorough daily cleaning. The lobby is beautiful. The rooms and hallways are beautiful. There are free refreshments and even free shots of tequila in the hallway in front of the elevator. There is an escalator from the lobby that goes directly to the mall in Arco de Bosques with a variety of upscale dining options. 」

「My third time living here. It's a really comfortable, clean, quiet & cozy hotel. And staff friendly !! Near Plaza Santa Fe for shopping. And not far from central !! But as I remember the water in swim-pool was warm last year, but why it's cold this year ????」

「La habitación está increíble, nos tocó un paisaje muy hermoso, lo único sería poder colocar HDMI para conectar la tele o algo pero de ahí en más todo más que perfecto, espaciosa, limpia, y es bastante segura, no recomendaria a pie porque prácticamente los camino están hechos para los carros sin embargo es muy fácil acceso y si ocupan estar cerca de santa fe y lo que es toluca también queda perfectísimo, el estacionamiento no hubo problema, todo perfecto 」
