El personal de recepción Berenice, Enrique Y Jorge muy amables. La habitación limpia y bien equipada. dan servicio de Parking gratis. El desayuno variado y sabroso. El baño algo pequeño pero el agua con muy buena presión. en la ducha. The reception staff, Berenice, Enrique, and Jorge, were very friendly. The room was clean and well-equipped. They also provided free parking. The breakfast was varied and tasty. The bathroom was a bit small, but the water pressure in the shower was very good. Highly recommended.

The room was disgusting. I left 15 min after checkin & the staff agreed to a refund. Later they played dumb and said they didn’t offer that. Expedia has been of no help in the matter. I ended up paying for another hotel that night and no one has valued their customer. From now on I’ll be using Hilton honors directly. Truly embarrassing for the property and Expedia.

The reservation was for two people. Even though the company registered both persons, the personal at the front desk were not so pollite with the secondary name of the booking. The rest was simply OK.
