「They messed up our booking reservation, we arrived on this property only to be told that we didn’t have a reservation when in fact I’ve been communicating with them about my expected time of arrival and even fill up their booking information online. Elias promised us to refund our uber and promised to give us 15% off our original booking payment but he didn’t response to my text when I followed up about it. 」

「The perfect place if you need to be close to the airport. There are many restaurants nearby. The accommodation was clean and the bed was comfortable. Just one block from the beautiful beach. I will definitely return. Thank you Randall for making our stay unforgettable.」

「The apartment was lovely. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. The air conditioning was adjustable for each bedroom and living room, which was great!!! I really enjoyed drinking my morning coffee on the balcony and you could hear the waves crashing in the shore. The area is very walkable and it is literally right across the street from the beach. There were two different restaurants and a supermarket within a couple blocks and more about a 1/2 mile down the beach...

「Room, amenities, and location were great. I paid extra for late check out and twice had staff members show up to my room after 11am (one staff member came into my room while I was still here). I don’t think communication was very clear. 」

「Convenient walking location to a lot of things! My room was very clean with a small kitchen area with coffee, fridge, microwave. Communication was very good! Quick to answer messages. I was able to store luggage when I arrived early. FYI the pool is nice to have but is size of a hot tub so dont expect a "swimming " pool. 」

「Very run down, no staff to speak to (guy from shop next to hotel helped us). Claim to provide transport but they don't. A bird was chirping all night. I would not recommend.」
