「There was no hot water for a shower. Speaking to reception, she asked if I had left the tap running for 10 minutes facing right and 10 minutes facing left. I said I didn't know I had to do that ritual every time I showered. There was only an apology, but I said that the water really does take a while to heat up.」

「The renovations at the hotel are creating several unmanageable problems. The worst one we faced was the lack of water in our building for many hours. After several complaints, they moved us to another room in the old building, where we had running water in the evening, but not on the next morning. The breakfast cannot be served at the restaurant, and there are just too many issues. Let's hope things will get better after the renovations are over.」

「O quarto é ok. um pouco pequeno. Tinha um aparador, mas falta "penduradores", podem colocar bastante, no quarto e no banheiro. Café da manha no fds, poderia ser um pouco mais cedo iniciando as 7h, visto que no domingo temos que deixar as 12h, ficando poucos horas para aproveitar a piscina, e depois ainda ter que arrumar tudo para ir embora. Piscina, só utilizamos no domingo, no sabado caiu uma chuva forte, a piscina estava com bastante folha, mas o que realmente era bem estranho era a quantidade...
