O quarto era muito cômodo e limpo. A equipe era gentil e o café da manhã variado é delicioso num ambiente muito bonito. Por vezes a recepção demorava bastante para atender ao telefone. O secador de cabelos dos quartos só funcionam na potência mínima que é extremamente fraca e quando pedi um secador mais forte me enviaram um que não funcionava e que para minha surpresa era o único extra do hotel.

O hotel é muito bom, mas o processo do check in é extremamente demorado. Estive em 2 diferentes momentos e o processo não muda. Por outro lado, os quartos e as instalações são incríveis!
