Poor service and rude concierge

The service was disappointing, especially the room service. They forgot to bring items I had ordered and didn’t fix the issue until 30 min later. The concierge I did the check out with was plain rude. They were charging me for the stay, which I had already paid upfront, and he didn’t believe me saying I had to pay the whole thing. I told him 3 times that I had already paid that. I asked him to look into it and with a 1 min phone call he got the confirmation my stay had been paid upfront. He didn’t apologize and continued to be rude. It was a weird and unexpected experience.

bom hotel, no entanto o quarto que me calhou #128 estava meio vazio, era grande mas dá a sensação de estar vazio devido a ter pouca mobília ou mas distribuída. o ruido de outros quartos é bem audível, em espacial quando estão no duche.

Ótima localização. O quarto família é bom, mas poderia ser melhor, bastante silencioso e espaçoso. A cama é dura e o travesseiro extremamente fino. Banheiro é ok, mas podia ser maior. o chuveiro tem boa pressão. Já fiquei em quarto melhor, mas para família é a única opção.
