「Property was neat! Close walking distance to many things, clean, basic kitchen, comfortable beds. Check in was NOT smooth, but this was an expedia issue. 」

「Great place to see in old Lisbon. Right down town, but in a quiet section. Walk out the front door to a pedestrian only street with lots of eating options. The room was large and clean. The beds are firm, but comfortable. I was nervous with the check-in being remote, but it was perfect. I received an email the day before and every door is electronic (which is very handy). 3 minutes to one Metro station and 10 to the Train station. Couldn't be better placed!」

「Safe and quiet area. Close to the Oceanarium which the kids enjoyed. AC is a lifesaver in the heatwave. Nice complimentary Nespresso coffee. Would be nice if wine opener is provided. 」

「The water button in the shower room had poor contact; in addition, during the stay, the service staff used the master key to enter the room without knocking, which frightened the roommates. I hope the hotel will review the equipment and educate the service staff to pay attention. Other service quality is very good and feedback is quick.」

「The apartment is lovely and modern inside and we especially loved the private courtyard. The street and area had a lot of restaurants bit was surprisingly quiet inside at night. 」
