「We went looking for a long weekend at the beach and it didn't disappoint. The set up where the kids had a pull out couch bed, but it was actually two mattresses was a really nice set up and both the pull out bed and the main bed were extremely comfortable. The pool wasn't over crowded and the staff was lovely. The beach was stunning.」

「The hotel was amazing. Rooms were very clean, modern and spacious. We were upgraded from a street view to a pool view which was an unexpected perk! All staff were polite and happy to help. The range of food for breakfast was great from fruit, to full english, via ham and cheese, cereal and pastries. All of good quality. The pool was good but can get quite busy at times, which is to be expected in the summer. 」

「The hotel has great pools and a wonderful hydro pool which is like a jacuzzi but not as hot. It has individual sections you can lay on and turn on personal bubbles. Loved that! It has two beaches you can walk to down a lot of steps. The closer one is a small beautiful secluded beach and the further away one is a large tourist one with a restaurant. I loved the breakfast which included champagne! The room was lovely. I highly recommend.」

「The kitchen was pretty well equipped although it would have been nice to have a coffee maker. The rooms were kept very clean by the chambermaids and we have nothing but great things to say about the wonderful fellows that manned the front desk. The area of Olhos de Aqua is a very quaint part of Albufeira which we absolutely loved. We felt very safe here and loved all the little restaurants in the area. We would definitely stay here again. 「The location is really nice and quiet. Short walk to near by restaurants and supermarkets. Prices are reasonable outside the resorts and I would not say the resorts prices are expensive. There are a variety of places to snack and drink. Plenty of things to do for the kids at the pool and playgrounds (football ground, ping-pong, pool tables etc…) The staff is very welcoming and it makes the stay very relaxed. The room is very spacious and fully kitted and very clean. The beds are comfortable...

「Both the hotel and the room were in good condition: clean, well-maintained, and relatively new. As for the staff, the front desk staff was generally distant and, at times, even unfriendly; however, the staff in the lounge and dining room during breakfast was always friendly, helpful, and efficient. The breakfast was varied and of good quality.」

「Overall the hotel was beautiful, though they need a little updating. We had informed the front desk that our phone was not working at all. Maintenance came and was making me flush the toilet 3 times to “reboot the line” I did so and still did not work so I asked for him to return tomorrow cause I saw no point in just flushing the toilet for the phone to work again. Also there was spiders on the balcony.」

「The Portuguese were awesome!! Lovely people ❤️ The only issues were with some employees from the country of MGM owner. Some were rude and not professional. I think this hotel should focus on hiring the bests - portugese - and avoid bringing workwrs from MGM owner native country.」
