The fly in the booking through an agent is that they did not inform Bella Vista That we had to have a ground floor. I stated that we needed a ground floor unit as my wife has a bad knee and is unable to bend it. I also stated that I use a walking stick. Also I informed the agency that we were in our mid to late 70's. Expedia! i will never use...
