「This hotel was a very nice place for us to stay during our recent visit to Knoxville to attend our niece's wedding party. Very clean and spacious room and eating area for breakfast, which had a nice variety of hot and cold foods to choose from. The staff we encountered were friendly and professional. When I had a question about a charge on my credit card, they were very helpful and politely explained the charge to my satisfaction. We loved the location of this hotel; right downtown so we were...

「Parking garage was a situation, but a great convenient option for visiting UTK.」

「Friendly staff, rooms clean and comfortable.」

「Good」

「Beautiful, classic hotel with friendly staff and located perfectly in downtown Knoxville.」

「It is a very pretty and interesting lobby, and it is a convenient location that is totally walkable to UTK campus for college tours. It has construction going on around it but nothing that was loud or interfered with evenings or sleep. The bed was really hard which was my single biggest complaint, but overall a good stay and worth the money and convenient to UTK campus.」

「Great size rooms, beautiful decor, comfortable bed. All the staff were friendly and welcoming!!!」
