"It needs to air conditioning what you had to use the heater and it was okay the little Courtyard of Atrium was kind of nice but I went down to the first night and it was really kind of dark looking for a pop machine which they don't have which that upsets me but there was some stairs kind of going down from it I mean a couple not lit or anything I didn't even see them I went I tumbled and fell hard and I hurt my knee and leg which I would but I didn't tell anybody I literally had to crawl from...

"The room was visibly dirty. The gap between the door frame and the door was so large light came through, and there was a noticeable breeze. There were loose tiles in the bathroom. The hot tub was non-functioning, which sucks because the hot tub is part of the reason I booked the room. All in all it was not a great experience."
