The motel next door is kind of shady. But overall they have an amazing pool and the hot tub and the gym area is nice. They have an amazing conference area downstairs we've used in the past but not on this trip I live in Wichita and when we can get the room for a decent price we like to go once in awhile. Just a nice little getaway spot

I asked for a first floor due to physical challenges and a pet, got 5th . The room was on a floor where the ac in the hall was in pieces. The room did not have a shower but only a tub that I was not informed of. Once again I have physical challenges that made that dangerous. The location worked well for me. Amenities list on website did not match what was available such as breakfast and shower.

Front staff was nice, got in the room ceiling had several repairs on the ceiling. One of the spots was leaking ( I did let staff know). There wasn't any shampoo or lotion in the dispenser the shower was dirty where you put your own soap. The door has a huge gap at the bottom. Ac took about 5 hours to cool down.

Could be a little better

The room was comfortable, and the ac worked well. The young man who checked me in was very nice. I told the morning clerk when I checked out that the toilet was gurgling all night which made it hard to sleep as there was no white noise to cover up the sound. At one point I went into the bathroom to investigate and there was a bowl full of bubbles in the toilet.

First room had an old mattress. Neighborhood was sketchy. Pool and hot tub seemed dirty. Water was cloudy. Construction was going on. Refrigerator worked good.

I really enjoyed the pool. It was spacious and designed beautifully. I didn't like the disrepair of the building and the fact that the mini-fridge left puddles all over my room floor, and when I informed them of it, they shrugged it off.

It was OK

The building itself is run down. We booked it for the hot tub and it was closed. It seemed a little sketchy, but it was quiet and comfortable for one night.

Not the worse, but also not the best

Ok, let’s be realistic this is the Red Roof Inn. This is a budget friendly hotel, when we first walked in the staff was friendly and helpful, when we reached our floor and got off the elevator which needs some work, there was a sour smell in the hallway which already made me feel like my room was going to be horrible. When we went in the room it was actually pretty clean and of course no matter what hotel I stay in I search for bugs and I mean all bugs, not taking nothing home with me, which the room was clear of. Unfortunately the bathroom is in much need of a renovation, it just didn’t strike me as being clean and it made me feel dirty, even after I took a shower, I just didn’t feel clean. But if you need a spot for a day or two it will do, any longer than 3 days, I say spend the money for a nicer hotel.

Our room was so unbelievablely dirty. Front desk man was very friendly and tried to help get the room clean. Someone went in and must have pretended to clean the room again because nothing was cleaned and the door was left unsecured. 3 different times we left the room, the key card did not work. No, sir,I did not have it by my phone. The pool area.... don't even get me started.

The room had a bad smell. We asked to move to different room but there was none. They came in and sprayed freshener but it didn’t last. The pool was nice.

It's a clean bed to sleep in. That's about it.

It was more dingy than what was shown on the website. The heat didn't work at all. There was no hot water. The curtains didn't close all the way. There was also a roach crawling around the bathroom. The staff were nice, though.

The room was good. Cleaning staff needs to pay attention to restocking linens There was no bath towels, only hand and floor towels. Both elevators were not working. Previous visits they had one elevator still working. Seems as though the Hotel is struggling to keep everything up and running.

No breakfast like it advertised online Pool was kinda cloudy smelt of chlorine and the hot tub was a tub you use in you're back yard which whatever but you could see dirt floating around the edges,the curtain in room was ripped at the bottom so people could see in our room.it was still nice just a little icky feeling staying there I did enjoy our room had a balcony I didn't have to go down stairs to smoke
