"For an upgraded "Executive" room it was small (not even close to the photos advertised). The staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was nice with many options."

"Helpful staff and a clean hotel with lots of green initiatives. We were helped at check in and also given information about breakfast and other facilities. We arrived quite late so had something to eat and drink in the bar area, and were there again for breakfast - food and service all good. We added all to the bill and it was easy to pay at checkout. There is an upper level walkway directly from the Gare de Lyon which looks like it will eventually give direct access to the hotel. It’s not currently possible without descending a flight of stairs on the other side. Given we had luggage, we decided to return to the station via the road outside the hotel when we checked out. That way was on the flat, and there is a pedestrian crossing outside the station."

"The hotel was OK but need renovation of some rooms. Furniture was rundown and deteriorated. We wxpected better amount of towels snd toiletries.breakfast and food in general was excellent."

Mercure Paris Centre Tour Eiffel

"We enjoyed our stay here. The room was very clean, although extremely small. The location is perfect, a 3-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and an even shorter walk to the train station. The hotel restaurant was very convenient on a night when we were too tired to leave. The air conditioning wasn't working properly when we arrived, but the staff got it fixed very quickly."

"Room was perfect- cheap and cheerful for a DLP visit! The staff were so quick to accommodate my request of a twin room for me and my friend. Couple of things to bear in mind: the bus from DLP doesn't run late enough for you to catch after the fireworks- we ended up taking Uber which was a nightmare to order at that time of night. Another small thing was that we like to fill up our water bottles at night before heading back to room but there was nowhere obvious to do this. We eventually found a filtered water station in the gym which was handy! Will stay again, extremely good value for money!"
Pullman Paris Montparnasse Hotel

"Excellent location, peaceful and quiet part of Paris. Five minute walk from Montparnasse station. Convenient store 2 doors down. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Front desk staff are outstanding and helpful. However, minus 1 star for the lack of effort on the room cleaning crew for failing to restock the complimentary water and toiletries."

"I wouldnt recommend this hotel. It should be rated a 2 star at most. The towels in the room were dirty, ,arks on the bed linen. Communication with reception is non existent. The transfer bus was always full so why isnt there additional running service for your guests. Breakfast very average. Broken coffee machine, carpets all stained. Very dirty. Pool is ok but zome of the showers not working. Lots of chlorine which effects children. Far from Disney. Pay a little more amd stay elsewhere."
