Terrible and the hotel is a Scam

The hotel is nice but really far from the centre of city. However, this was not the issue. I stayed for a week, we were in 3 people. I asked them to clean the room mid term and they refused because I was staying for 5 days only and they clean it after 8 days, which is absurd and it is totally a SCAM because after I checked out, without any warning, they charged me 70 euros saying the room was dirty so I had to pay another fee. Of course the room was dirty, they only clean it after EIGHT days, I had to collect the trash myself with a bag that I got from the supermarket because even that, they could not do. I will sue this hotel because this is an absurd! They refuse to clean it and then charge you for it. They DO NOT offer room service as advised, please get away from this one!

Die Appartements sind funktional eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die kleine Küchenzeile ist perfekt ausgerüstet auch für längere Aufenthalte. Das Hotel ist sehr sicher. Man kann nur mit einem Code an der Eingangstür betreten. Um zu den Zimmern zu gelangen benötigt man die Zimmerkarte im Aufzug und die Zimmertüren lassen sich doppelt verschließen. Das einzige etwas problematische ist der Periferique direkt vor dem Hotel. Bei geöffnetem Fenster sehr laut. Es handelt sich um zwei Fenster. Wenn sie geschlossen sind hört man keinen Strassenlärm. Insgesamt ein gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis. Frühstück: ich hatte kein Frühstück Parkplätze: ich war ohne Auto dort. Bus, Tram und Metro gut zu erreichen

Accueil chaleureux. Hôtel bien situé. Propre. Nous avons séjourné pour une nuit et heureusement car aucune climatisation, tres chaud dans les chambres un simple ventilateur. Certes double vitrage, mais en ouvrant la fenêtre, trés bruyant. Chambre qui donnait sur le périphérique. Salle de bain modeste, à rafraîchir. Literie bonne. Salle du petit déjeuner petite et vue la chaleur, aucune fenêtre ouverte. Irrespirable. Dommage.

Appartement vétuste Pas de chauffage dansla salle de bain Dans la chambre/cuisine un chauffage d appoint abîmé 2 nuits payées pour rien plus le garage car j ai ete malade et j ai du rentrer précipitamment Impossible d avoir un remboursement même partiel Le personnel.etait sympathique La réception disait ne pas être contre le remboursement mais le site n a rien voulu savoir 300 euros de perdus Je passerai donc par un autre site la prichaine fois J etais partie pour voir mon petit fils qui venait de naître J habite à 750 km de Charenton

Hôtel propre mais vieillissant, personnel agréable

Séjour de 2 nuits avec pdj Chauffage par clim + sèche-serviettes de la sdb hors service > La gouvernante m'a amené deux radiateurs électriques. Chambre pour handicapés : douche glissante vraiment dangereuse + alèse plastique sur le matelas que j'ai dû retirer. Côté périphérique acceptable car il y a deux fenêtres l'une devant l'autre. Petit-déjeuner : accueil pro mais pain et viennoiseries médiocres, miel désséché inutilisable, maigre panier de fruits (seulement 2 pommes golden flétries...) Les clients sont autorisés à remplir des sacs à volonté pour emporter leur pdj : razzia assurée, il n'y a pas mieux pour dégarnir un buffet voire gaspiller !!!

Lugar custo benefício muito bom , quarto muito bom ( no verão tomar cuidado pois o ar condicionado está inoperante) … café da manhã bom o suficiente e não deixar para comprar na hora pois pode não conseguir, compramos sempre na véspera. Banheiro bom e grande e tem o chuveiro dentro da banheira que pode desagradar alguns . No geral gostei muito do hotel que tem água a disposição na recepção para encher garrafas e o bairro super tranquilo e com metro . Voltaria sem problemas
