「Et sjarmerende lite B&B. Har nok vært utrolig vakkert i sine glansdager, men områdene rundt bærer preg av lite vedlikehold. Leiligheten var helt grei for en overnatting. Gulvet på badet var ikke rent. Når vi tørket opp etter oss ble håndkleet møkkete. Men overnattingen var helt grei alt i alt. Når vi skulle sjekke ut var det ikke et menneske å se, resepsjonen var stengt. Endte med å sette nøklene i døra og dra da alt var betalt ved bestilling.」

「Our fist time experience with a castle hotel is pleasant. We arrived at a rainy day and thus a bit of difficulties in lifting our heavy luggage to the reception - you have to walk a few wet and muddy stone steps from the parking place. Despite that, everything else of our accommodation is nice. The heating is also well functioned considering most other hotels or agriturismo do not offer heating in late April. 「Overall great. It was a bit colder when we went. I wish they put heat lamps in outside seating areas in the evenings. I did ask and they put one but it needed time to heat up. But other than that - amazing stay! 」

Check-in e checkout tutto in autonomia. Colazione semplice ma con l'indispensabile: biscotti, crostate, frutta, salumi, pane e marmellate...caffe, capuccini, yogurt, latte e succo di frutta. 「Amazing time. This hotel looks straight out of a movie. We got our rooms upgraded to a suite when we arrived. I couldn’t say enough amazing things about it. We stayed one night and I wish we could’ve stayed longer. Highly recommend. The receptionist was super nice and helped us immensely.」

「Small family-owned inn located in center of Civitella in Val di Chiana. Room was comfortable and included all we needed.
