"The location was excellent, really close to the beach, bars, restaurants, museums, casino, marina and castle!! The room was modern, spacious, exceptionally clean, good air con, and well presented. The hot tub was a great addition and a really good size! Only draw back was a little noisy at night, but not the fault of accommodation, a small price to pay for the perfect location. Would definitely recommend and would happily return for another holiday! "

"Great central location. 1 minute from beach front and promenade... Room only is very clean and well planned. Doesn't have any facilities to make hot drinks in the room. Breakfast options also limited. It seems you have to pay 13€ for Breakfast, even if you only want a coffee. If you wanted to enjoy a coffee in the morning, in the terrace area on floor 7, you'd have to buy coffee form local café. Most café don't open till 09:00... Seems to defeat the point of enjoying a stress free coffee on the premises... I tried to buy a single coffee but I was told NO."

"Good points: Location was spot on. 5mins walks to the Esplanade for bars, food, beach, restaurants etc. Staff couldn't have been more helpful! They were amazing. Rooms were airy and clean with all the amenities. Air conditioned, huge, super, comfy beds! I was lucky enough to have a balcony over the square which was a bonus. The roof top bar is an ideal place to have pre dinner drinks and nibbles. Negatives: Buffet breakfast was plentiful and full of choice. But at 20 euro pp its over priced! For a family of 4, paying 80E is unacceptable! Not surprised it was mostly empty. This something the hotel seriously needs to listen to. There are plentiful other places nearby offering breakfast. Overall.... an amazing hotel. Super clean and modern. Close the beach, Esplanade, bars."

"Very nice refurbished room with a comfortable bed and effective air con. We found all the staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. Pool bar food was very good and the evening buffet excellent value. Well located hotel for a short walk to the beach, the castle, old town and the shopping mall. Overall a very good hotel for our three night break to Alicante."
