"The location is excellent, right amongst the old town, restaurants and bars. Beach also an easy 10 min walk. Busses from and to the airport cost us under 5 euros one way. Staff very friendly and helpful. Roof top terrace and bar is lovely especially at night."

"Just as good second time round. If not the suite, room 202 is equally good. Located in the tower, the morning view and sun are a real tonic - as is the power shower. We used this hotel at the start and end of our vacation but wouldn't mind staying longer to explore Alicante more."

"Didn’t get our rooms until 4:30pm. In one of them the shower tray had a huge crack in it that they had tried to fix with silicone. Couldn’t be moved as the hotel was full. In the other room we found a pair of socks that were not ours. Thin walls between rooms. Staff on check in and the breakfast room were very slow. Same at the bar upstairs. Better downstairs. Needs a bit of TLC and some better training of staff. Good location, nice decor, prices at restaurants and bars not that bad."
