The communication was excellent. However the Expedia ad is misleading. There is very little water pressure and no hot water. The host was so nice she heated up water for me.

Beach and river nearby. The ocean water is a bit rough but the river is excellent. Nice restaurants around. You definitely need a mode of transport to get to everything
