「This is an older motel, so don't expect a 4-star hotel. I've stayed there twice on the last two years, and both times I have had excellent experiences. The building is probably from the 1950-1960 era, and it does show. However, the rooms themselves have everything you would need. Everything is very clean. 「The room was very clean and well upkept. Breakfast was great, The only complaint we had was that we took our showers with cold water as there was no hot water. When we spoke to the front desk the answer was, "oh you could of used the shower in the pool room". It seems as though we should of received a message about this option.」

「This is a spectacular property. See other reviews for details. I would warn other that the check in tech was not able to find my reservation. Help button at the unmanned desk did not summon anyone. I had to find the confirmation email and call the number. I was then given the wrong room number by that person. I think the link between Expedia and the property is weak, and the timing of the texts the property sends was late to me.」

「Nice place. The place is maintained well but could use a deep cleaning, the pool and the spa could use better maintainence along wth the koi ponds. The rooms are nice but but humid even when using A/C unit. Carpet in the rooms could use a good steaming. Besides the little detailed cleaning services I stated, The place is nice. The staff are very kind and helpful. My dog enjoyed the stay and we would stay there again.」
