「Mold in bathroom as well as a non functioning bathroom vent. The window also didn’t open so no way to get air flow in room. Staff was great but bathroom needs to have mold removed in shower and get the vent functioning.」

「Lovely Luxury with a spacious sunset suite. Very comfortable bed and sofa. Wish there were one or more sofa tables. staff were delightful, will definitely come again. Please add a cafe for guests not wanting a large expensive dinner. Breakfast Food was very good. Kitchen well equipped for beverage and snack storage, and very clean.」

「The property itself was very outdated and not the most clean but it served its purpose for a family friendly, pet friendly stop on a road trip. The pool area needs work and the rooms were not clean at all, stains on carpeting and curtains but bedding and towels were clean. The breakfast was really pleasant and a lot of offerings. The staff was so helpful and friendly, providing a basketball for my kids to play on the court and when I inquired about an ice maker to fill my cooler the kitchen...

「Pleased that during check-in, the staff was cooperative regarding the doctor's letter verifying that we had a service dog. The breakfast choices were numerous. The bed and A/C were excellent. The eating area was very crowded on two of the four days. The TV remote was the most complicated I have ever encountered. The vinyl tile floor was dirty. The bathtub was the most narrow I have ever experienced. One elevator did not seem sufficient for the number of guests.」

「Huge holes in the ceiling, buckets full of water sitting everywhere. No pool or hot tub as advertised. Road to the facility has huge potholes. Very outdated rooms and furniture. Only 1 elevator and 1 luggage cart. Had to carry everything up three flights of stairs or walk what seemed like a mile. At one time, it was probably a nice place, really needs upgrades. Wouldn’t recommend it in its current condition.」
