「The room was awesome. Very clean. Staff was very polite and helpful. Only complaint was Trish, the bartender. We were given vouchers for the bar. Used them the first night we were there. Had drinks in the bar. Wanted to get a couple to take up to our room but she said the bar was technically closed. Didn’t give a last call and had an attitude for $50.00 + bill. Very disappointed!」

「I never lived so nice hotel in America! All stuves are so friendly even my English is not very good. And felt so relaxing of the room with warm color. I felt so happy when I lived here every day. 不誇張，在美國住到目前為止我覺得最好的飯店。第一是房間的色調很溫暖且繽紛，不像一些比較高級的飯店都是以銀白色或純米色為主。第二是每個員工都很友善，就算我英文不是很好也很願意跟我介紹各項設施。第三是早餐很多元，每天都不太一樣，難得可以吃到不是煎焦的培根跟辣雞肉熱狗。第四是洗衣服不貴，洗1.5烘1.25，沒洗衣粉的話可以問問看櫃臺。最後是櫃臺的中年黑人大叔真的人很好，英文不錯的推薦可以多跟他聊聊天。」

「The water pressure is too low in the bathroom. The breakfast repetition rate is high, and some dishes are too salty. Everything else is perfect」

「The checkin process very easy. Manager was friendly and welcoming. Most importantly the room was clean and serviced during our 2 day stay. Essential Room amenities like microwave and refrigerator were both made available. Overall excellent experience under the current management. I hope it will remain same in future also. 」
