「We had a wonderful stay at Rooms Pontones. The apartment is in a great location but also very quiet. It is kept very clean and the bed was comfortable. The host was easy to communicate with and they even let us check in early, which was very much appreciated. Would absolutely recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again!」

「Very good location in center of Madrid with 5 mins walk to Gran Via, the main shopping and commerce area of central Madrid. Great coffee shops at the corner of the street of the apartment, and quite a few good restaurants near by. Street was quiet during my stay. Concierge downstairs was very friendly and helpful, spoke English very well. Only thing I could commented would be the shower cubicle is a bit small and has no basket nor shelf to put my shower amenities.」

「Property was located in area that wasn't too conducive to walking. The property next door was tagged with lots of graffiti. Otherwise the stay was very good.」

「I really really love this hotel. This staff are super helpful, they helped me to call the taxi to the airport and with my luggages also. The room was very spacious and caused me to walk a long corridor inside the room haha! It was secured too. 」
