「This is my second time at the national hotel, and for sure it won’t be my list, the staff is amazing. The room is amazing. They try to do everything in their power to accommodate you and make sure that you have a wonderful time, I love this place. I can’t wait to come back.」

「The hotel was great except we were given a room with a the view that we had paid for. At the checkout, when asked, we were told that we should have asked at the checkout in, which makes no sense. The top floors are not blocked by the shorter buildings across. The elevator buttons were also flaky. They light up after the card scanned, and then they would go off. That happened half of the time. Otherwise, a great hotel in a great location and we had a great time.」

「Excellent location, lovely breakfast and good value for money with very courteous staff. We didn't enjoy lack of food choices if we wanted to eat for lunch or dinner. For breakfast coffee brand was week. The lifts could be more efficient. Still a brilliant place to stay.」
