「The place was very noisy upstairs neighbours moving chairs until after midnight no reception to complain as they close at 4 pm, one of the beds had dirty sheets as if someone sleep and they just made the bed, there were bed bugs or fleas in the Sofa as we sit there for 10 min and had several bug bites on legs arms and back... I do not recommend for people with an allergy to insect bites as I have」

My room was clean and comfortable, and had an outstanding sea view. Breakfast with a sea‑view terrace is a highlight, and overall the hotel provides good value for money. 「What a shame, probably was a lovely hotel once upon a time. Now it’s tired and worn and definitely not a four star hotel. Pool closed and cordoned off . We arrived late last night to find reception manned fortunately but totally uninviting and straight away alarm bells rang as to what the condition of our room would be like. It was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped, making it easy to feel at home right away. The location is excellent, with beaches close by and easy access to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed.」

「Das Zimmer war für den Preis okay. Das Bad hatte einige Mängel (defekte WC Papier Halterung, WC- Brille defekt, schlechte Raumlüftung). Auch im Zimmer ein paar Kleinigkeiten (Knöpfe beim Toaster kaputt, schwarze Flecken an den Wänden..). Mängel wurden dem Personal beim Auschecken mitgeteilt und wurden zur Kenntnis genommen. 「Awful. I would strongly warn people against staying here. I made the booking weeks in advance and upon arrival was told that I’d have to go elsewhere for the first night. I was told there was a problem with the rooms which was a lie. I found out that the hotel overbooked hence had to send numerous people elsewhere. 「Due to the apartment’s shared entrance door, we ended up being locked out late one evening. Luckily we eventually managed to waken the neighbour who had apparently double locked the shared outside door.」
