The hotel is in need of renovation. The rooms urgently require maintenance, and the common areas are in poor condition. Only the swimming pool is well maintained. The food is excellent, but the restaurant has an unpleasant smell. The hotel is also very crowded and noisy

Likes - lovely food, room was nice and spacious, gym very well equipped, staff polite. Always managed to get a sun bed at pool. Dislikes - evening entertainment was poor. No Atmosphere or buzz at all. The bed was meant To have a double bed but it was 2 singles pushed together so wasn't very romantic! Shop on site is expensive and quite limited.

Beach view from balcony was good . Good selection of food in restaurant at all times . In upper hallway / landing areas of central part very bland . Great hotel for the price we paid — and that’s the key point - it isn't worth over the top pricing, but a deal if you can find it. Everything was well maintained and finished to a good standard. It’s not a 5-star experience where everything goes above and beyond, but everything is clean, functional, and the food is good. There’s just no real “wow” factor. The room was very clean, with a few minor signs of wear and tear. The standout feature of the hotel is definitely the pool and the balcony overlooking the sea — that’s where you get the best experience. The staff were friendly, and parking was easy and convenient with lots of spaces.

We had a great stay at the King Evelthon Beach resort. The facilities and pool area were lovely, located right on the seafront with access to the sea and a beautiful pool. The food was excellent and the staff that served in the restaurant were friendly and welcoming, unfortunately the same can’t be said for the bar staff (pool area), who were generally quite rude and all seemed unable to even smile when serving you ! A big mention to Georgina the relations manager, Justin the entertainments manager and Rashid, lobby bar, for a good overall holiday experience.
