「Wow, this hotel was an absolute 11/10! Not only was it exceptionally clean but it was beautifully decorated throughout and the bed was so comfortable! The staff couldn’t do enough for you. Everyone was incredibly helpful, friendly and kind, which made our stay even more special. The pool area was lovely, with the biggest, fluffiest towels and the food was absolutely delicious! 「Tried on multiple occasions to contact the property via expedia messages after receiving spam messages over WhatsApp asking for card details. The messages I sent were to confirm booking status and ask if any arrangements for late checkin needed. Contacted Expedia who after days managed to get communication from hotel. On arrival no communication had been made of the room allocation or safekey code (which accommodation had said would be sent on day of arrival) so had to walk with luggage and...

「The gorgeous pictures are deceptive. This is a hotel dating back to maybe the 80’s. They are keeping things very clean but the furniture, the key system and tiling needs updating. The cupboard door was broken, the sliding door didn’t lock, the refrigerator made a high pitched noise constantly, the A/C blew out the same temperature no matter the setting and we could hear everything said and done outside and in the hall. There was very loud entertainment until late at night. They also only had one...

「The management team are amazing here! You can contact them easily and they respond very quickly, warmly and politely, at any time of day. I was pleasantly surprised to find my stay had been upgraded. The property was spacious, safe and well placed. You have every utensil needed if you want to cook for yourself, and there is plenty of storage space. I really liked waking up to the sunshine and having a balcony to enjoy. Lucas Towers and the Seashells Apartments are located just off the main road,...
