「The beach front bungalow was beautiful, quiet and so handy to the beach. Unfortunately the snorkeling gear is unfit for purpose, both sets leaked and snorkel itself needs to be thrown out. Buffet dinner was terrible and definitely not worth the cost . I’d recommend going elsewhere. Breakfast on the other hand was excellent. 「Pros: good location, clean, new. Cons: This is a very, very basic room. There was a desk, but no outlets to plug in a laptop, and no lights on or above the desk. No amenities like a coffee maker, toiletries (a bar of soap or tissues would be nice), microwave or refrigerator. Yet there was an ironing board in the closet, but no iron, and there was an ice maker in the hallway, but no ice bucket. No restaurant on site. 「Check in was 1 hour 15 late. They keep telling us 15 mins but the room hadn’t started being cleaned at check in. Wasn’t told we needed dinner reservations so we didn’t have dinner there the first night. Many guests had that complaint. The property is beautiful but the staff lied to us and many guests about check in. It would have been better to just tell us the truth. We could have made better use of the time.」
