It used to be so convenient when you could walk across the street. Now it’s about a 1/2 mile walk UPHILL and completely around the property. Now you really need a taxi unless you don’t have luggage. Staff was friendly as always and room was basic as expected but definitely not cheap anymore. Breakfast was $12 for bread and cereal so we opted for a sandwich at a market down the road. Since you need a taxi now I will find a nicer place to stay. Too bad because I used to love this place.

The hotel itself is very nice, but getting there is somewhat harrowing. The entry is a crazy, almost straight down drop! Kind of scary, but not nearly as frightening as getting back out. Fortunately the street at the entry is not busy. After not driving a manual transmission for several years, I stalled it out once! If you aren't going in and out a lot (or not driving yourself), it is a wonderful affordable place.

Check in staff was off putting. Phone in room didn’t work nor did the wifi. Creepy feel and worst of all, staff took all of my chargers and expensive headphones. Did not return and were not honest. Do not stay here. Awful experience. Staff not helpful and steal. O stars. You get what you pay for.

It's just a basic Motel. Staff are indifferent, facilities basic. The main problem is that the reason for staying here is that it is walking distance to the airport. Except, it is not anymore. The staff will not let you use their front driveway to access the airport anymore. That means a much longer walk, including down a step hill, OR they will organize a taxi for CFP 2,000 for you. So, a handy property becomes a total gouge. Can't think of a reason why I would bother staying here again.

The only thing going for this hotel was the proximity to the airport, otherwise, it not that great. The room we had was not nice, there are no electrical outlets in the bathroom for use of a hair appliance, and no mirror in the bedroom. Lobby furniture was completely stained and looked disgusting. This was a last minute booking for us and only had one room left which was on the main floor, beside the lobby. There is no restaurants nearby, we ended up walking to the airport for dinner. I would not recommend this hotel.

My flight was delayed and so we tried for alternative flights. I updated the staff to the possibility of a late arrival and they were accommodating. In the end we were unable to complete the trip and arrive in Tahiti on schedule so we didn’t stay there but the staff was quick to response in a positive manner and hence my review.
