Rooms are nice and service was great. Food was adequate but not great. Probably what you’d expect from an all inclusive hotel.

Our family had an amazing stay at Mangroove Papagayo. The service was outstanding, and the property was absolutely beautiful. A huge shout out to Lindsey, she was professional, caring, and fun, and truly made our visit comfortable and memorable. A genuine five-star experience!

The hotel is good, with a large, clean territory. The restaurant is very good, the dishes are delicious. Thank you to the chef and his team; the staff is very responsive and always ready to help. We had a problem with my partner's flight home. It was cancelled at the last minute. The Concierge Juan spent much time on websites and on the phone helping us. After a few hours the return flight and hotel stay were arranged. He saved the day.
Overpriced for experience, inconvenient connections between buildings and pool and restaurants, not enough activities, cannot swim in the pool. Poor service. Food is OK.

Quiet compared to past resorts we have been to. Activities/shows are not as impressive but the staff members were amazing. Not a large variety of restaurants but the food was great. Room service was excellent as well as housekeeping.
