「The lock on my door and the top latch were both broke. Room service entered my room multiple times while i was in the shower. There was no do not disturb sign to hang on the outside of the door and I couldn’t just lock it because it was broke. The first time the entered I closed the bathroom door and said I was about to get in the shower. The knocked and entered not even 5 minutes later. I yelled out I was in the shower. It made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe honestly as I was a woman...

「I was early in my arrival and needed to get ready for a wedding. The front desk hero worked with housekeeping to get a room for me. I'm so appreciative. I made it to the wedding with only 15 mins to spare. I'm so grateful, thank you so much!! The room was very clean and all the sink and shower dispensers were full. ****** Their service was 6 stars, not 5!」

「The property was average, staff were helpful, but not proactive (room only serviced with fresh towels and trash emptied after our request when we returned to the room mid-afternoon on the 3rd day)! There were no towel racks in the bathroom, which we found odd and extremely usual?!. Perhaps the only plus during this stay was that the bed was comfortable, which is the only reason we gave our stay an average rating.」

「I was impressed right away with this place. Check-in was easy. The staff was very friendly. And then when I got into my room, it smelled so fresh and good. Probably the first time I ever checked into a hotel room and it didn't have that hotel smell, but the stay was awesome and the pool was awesome and the breakfast was really good.
