From the time I have confirmed my reservation, the rest of the arrangements are taken care of including hotel transfer, early breakfast and so on. 「This was our second stay at Masmara, and we had another enjoyable experience. The hotel is in a great location in Pererenan, and has a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the overall vibe was lovely. The only reason we’re not giving it 5 stars is that the WiFi didn’t work from our room, which was quite inconvenient.
