"Kayu Village is a treasure hotel located in the Pererenan area. You can enjoy an eco-friendly atmosphere, warm service, and delicious breakfast. There are also nice restaurants such as shelter and woods within a 5-minute walk. I left my phone in the taxi on the first day of my trip. With the help of Mia and Idah, I was able to find it. I will never forget their quick response and help. I just want to say thank you again."

"We stayed for 11-nights and overall we had a great time. On the first day we had issues with the rain shower (it was only trickling water, the rest of the water holes were blocked) and we communicated it to the staff. Not sure if they fixed it while we were out, but it did improve.
The space is perfect for us (two people) and the bed is super comfy. There are a lot of insects in the night (moths, small flies, etc) but the property provides an electric standing zapper thing so it was not so...
"This was our second stay at Masmara, and we had another enjoyable experience. The hotel is in a great location in Pererenan, and has a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the overall vibe was lovely.
The only reason we’re not giving it 5 stars is that the WiFi didn’t work from our room, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the restaurant, Kilo, could expand its menu to include more gluten-free and dairy-free options.

"In the Villa I loved the service, the food cooked on site, the location right by the beach and the four bedrooms we used (the two we didn’t were quite small. No movie room so we set up a projector with the help of the Villa staff. I’ve suggested they make that a feature. It’s a quiet area but the downside of that is only the Lyma Beach Bar, a coffee shop and small grocery store in walking distance. "

The location is also great, with lots of popular cafes nearby like St. Ali and Kilo Kitchen. Or even go to Pererenan beach, you can walk, bike, or even take their electric Bajaj or vintage campervan, just ask for their availability. Would love to stay longer next time!"
"To be honest for the price, great value for Canggu. It’s a newly built hotel, the finishes could be better, e.g small dots of paint on the floor still. Finalising last of build exterior but no inconvenience. They had filtered water available free in room which is great saved having to buy daily. Only annoying this was the wifi. Kept dropping in and out. They gave me booster for my room but still was poor. I used my data mostly. Fix that and I would stay again "
"This property was without a doubt the best bang for our buck throughout our entire 4-week stay in Bali. My fiancee and I were recently engaged, so the staff went above and beyond to set up our room with a romantic atmosphere. The private pool and the area around it was beautiful. The outdoor bathroom, including a stunning bathtub was breathtaking. The beds were comfortable and the staff was very pleasant. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Canggu."
