「The best hotel in the area, right at the centre of town. Lots of places to dine and wine. Live music on Saturday. Room is big and clean. Staffs are friendly and professional, they work really hard. 「1. Nobody was in reception. No one in hotel for my first hour in hotel. Looks like ghost hous. 2. Room wasn't clean. I hope there are no bad bugs. But it was totally not clean room 3. I wasn't able to sleep since toilet was broken and water leak was noisy. 4. Terrible experience. 5. How to get refund for this stay?」

「I just returned from three nights at Hotel Kutko and it was a perfect experience. The staff are friendly and efficient. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel bar and outside area are very nice and there’s also plenty of local amenities close by. I am already looking forward to returning to Pancevo in the future and I won’t bother to research hotels this time as Kutko ticks every box. 「Room was smelling bathroom was smelling on the bed there were cramps. I paid for breakfast and there was a little to eat and I did not touch anything.」

「The room was good, however the house keeper doesnt hoover the room. She cleans but never hoovers. I was also accused of taking 2 energy drinks from the mini bar. I dobt drink energy drinks and i never even opened the mini bar the whole duration of my stay. Otherthan that, it was an okay stay. 」
