We spent the week visiting with our grandchildren, a heated pool was right behind the unit. The beach was a short walk away. The unit lacked basic kitchen items, such as pot holders. I contacted management regarding the existing damages,and no propane for the grill and they were quick to respond. We stayed during off season so lots of things were closed. We would stay here again.

Located very close to dance competition venue. The golf cart was perfect for use to get as close to the beach as possible. The beach chairs and wagon were an added bonus. Perfect size for 2 adults and a 12 year old. Couch has pull out mattress which was utilized each night by my 12 year old with no complaints. Has a washer and dryer in closet in back patio which helped for our 8 day stay.

Kinda clunky bathroom ‘barn’ doors

It was okay. Like a lot of condos on this property, I would say it is a little clunky. The sliding ‘barn style’ doors, while helping to add ease of space in the little condo, are really really clunky. The bathroom doors do not close or shut smoothly, quietly, or easily (boo on that when family members have to wake each other up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night). The small under stairs half bathroom is kinda scary. If people are using the bathroom with the door closed, it is still very easy to see, and even more so hear, what they are doing body function wise, even while your prepping food, or eating a meal just a short ways away. So that half bathroom needs a little more flashing or something around the door edge towards the kitchen at the very least. Next, there was some condensation or an ever so small leak somewhere in the pipes just above the kitchen sink (ouch). Also, why is it that most of these little condos have oodles of furniture in the living room/ dining area, causing it to be kind of tricky to move around and not trip over a piece of furniture. Last but not least, broken or almost broken lawn furniture on the front porch and back roof deck. Hope this helps the owners &/or property management team 🙏
