「I can’t speak for the full stay since my plans changed midway, but I can talk about how amazing they were when things went sideways. Because of some tech issues, my room suddenly wasn’t available anymore. Instead of excuses, they immediately took full responsibility, handled everything and booked me a room at a nearby hotel at no extra cost. No stress, no back and forth, just pure proactiveness. That level of responsiveness is exactly what you hope for from any business. Mistakes happen, but...
