The French fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, served hot and freshly cooked. They had a nice golden color and just the right amount of seasoning. The chopsuey tasted very fresh, with crunchy vegetables that were perfectly cooked—not overdone. The flavors were well-balanced and delicious. The escabeche was also excellent. The fish was tender and cooked just right, not dry at all. The sauce had a perfect balance of sweet and tangy, which made the dish even more enjoyable. What made the experience even better was the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and very accommodating, making us feel welcome and well taken care of. Overall, the food was fresh, well-cooked, and satisfying, and the service was great. I would definitely come back again."
