「When arriving at the hotel the staff was rude and not very helpful」

「This hotel was for a short stay before our flight home. The staff were very helpful with our check in process. Prior to our arrival I requested an airport shuttle for 4am the following day, and the organization and pick up were seamless. The staff were consistently attentive and helpful, including housekeeping, front desk, etc. Great service.」

「The hotel was unique. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were firm but comfortable. Had to fly too early to enjoy breakfast. Great location. Restaurant beside hotel was excellent.」
