"We arrived about 3:30 and they stated the room wasn't ready. They did give us a pool key if we wanted to swim but we didn't and waited. Went back at 4 (normal check in time). Room wasn't ready and they would text us. 4:30 and received a text that room was ready. Front desk was kind and provided information about resort grounds. Our two bedroom/two bathroom villa was perfect our family size (4 adults and 2 children). Very spacious, has washed/dryer with complementary laundry soap/fabric softener sheets. Kitchen has all the usual gadgets, coffee maker with coffee, sugar, creamer, full fridge, full stove, dish washer and utensils/pans. Living room was spacy and had a dining table for 6. Beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious. One bathroom is in what I consider a master room with spacious closet, fireplace, huge shower and separate large bathtub. The other one can be accessed by main hall door and other door to bedroom, also nice. Patio space is great with two lawn chairs, patio table and patio chairs. Negatives - called housekeeping for ice and they didn't bring it, called the next day and they did. Our living room tv glitched so wasn't able to watch it. Overall I enjoyed our time and will stay again. Did not try the grill but did eat pizza from their on site Pizza Hut. Their market has a lot of items including liquor, and the tarbucks with almost the full menu. We didn't get a chance to visit the store. They have a variety of pools, the one we enjoy "

"It was very quiet. I loved the patio attached to the room. We ate both dinner and breakfast on the patio looking out at the rose bushes and the vineyard. Breakfast was tasty and hardy."

"The staff were exceptional—friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The breakfast and bar were great additions that really enhanced the experience. Our room was clean and comfortable, though we did encounter a few spiders from time to time. Aside from that minor issue, it was a lovely hotel and an enjoyable visit. The only issue was at check-in they put us in a room that was occupied and the people inside were taking a shower, luckily, I was the only one to get a show and not my kids. We’ll definitely be back for the hotel not the extra show. "

"We loved our stay here. The location is amazing, nestled between a beautiful golf course and beautiful green hills, with a pleasant walk to the restaurant which is part of the golf course premises. This hotel was not built yesterday, so don’t expect modern perfection, but our room and the surrounding facilities were very clean and well kept. We had guests on both sides of our room and we never heard them while in our room. Our room had a good sized balcony with chairs and a small table overlooking the golf course which was not too close as to be intrusive or to hear people on the golf course, but close enough to enjoy watching the golf carts stop at holes and see the golfers drive and putt golf balls. The TV in our room was very large and our room had coffee and 2 complimentary bottles of water. The beds and pillows were so comfortable! The people at the front desk were very friendly and well informed about the premises, even giving us information regarding the walking trails, which were beautiful and peaceful. We never new this place was here. Now that we know, we will certainly be back often. "
